Okay, now I’m sold. All hail Lucky’s!

  1. I am hoping Lucky’s is a lot like the late Sunflower Farmer’s Markets (the CEO was with Sunflower in the past). I loved Sunflower Markets when I was living in TX because they were less hyped and less pretentious than something like Trader Joe’s and they were much cheaper than Whole Foods.

  2. Not familiar with Sunflower but it sounds good. Frank, Schnucks does some of this, yes. But I suspect a true, dedicated butcher will be a significant step forward. Only time will tell.
