Weekly Wrap

Must-watch of the week goes to this Daily Show segment on censoring Huckleberry Finn. Almost too much wisdom for one five-minute clip.

In other news: we got more info on 44 Stone Public House. The advent of human wine production was pushed back several thousand years. Nic Jain got things started on the new Tribune group-blog with a post from Prague. Since that whole economy-based-on-housing thing didn’t exactly work out, we’re apparently basing it on the next best thing: food and booze. Given that, addressing a few alcohol myths might be a good idea. Gerard Craft has reversed course on plans to steer Niche toward Northern Italy – it will remain as is. The long-overdue frozen-yogurt backlash has begun. Have a great weekend.
