Broadway Brewery is looking for a front of the house manager. The Tribune is adding a group-blog called “Community Kitchen,” to our local food coversation. Posting begins Monday. A year-long group exercise in curing meat – Charcutepalooza – has just gotten underway and Michael Ruhlman himself is joining in the fun. Kate (aka “guavalicious”) treated us to another very amusing rant, this time on the subject of grocery store car carts (which are, incidentally, awful things). And, Women laughing alone with salad.
