Weekly Wrap

Must-read of the week goes to Gregg Eastabrook, who reminds us that there are perhaps 400 billion stars in the Milky Way galaxy alone, and some 100 billion galaxies in the universe.

A short film reminded us to be nice to waitstaff. Taco Boat got some much-needed advice. Job-quitting humor-mine Sarah Palin jabbed Michelle Obama for wanting to ban dessert, I mean, exercise and eat healthy. My first favorite band – Duran Duran – is releasing a new CD. Al Qaeda gave us one more reason to avoid salad bars and buffets. Kate recalled a visit to Bass Pro Santa (and includes an all-time great pic of the kid-freakout). Time Magazine, at least for a day, didn’t suck. And finally, if Justin Timberlake does nothing else with his life – no more songs, no videos, no bringing of anythingback – he will not have lived in vain. For there will always be this:

Have a Merry Christmas and eat well.
