Coming soon(ish) to La Terraza

Cabrito. Goat. Chevron. Whatever you call it, it’s the most underrated meat in America – and with the departure of Jamaican Jerk Hut from Mojo’s, I can’t think of another place in Columbia that serves it.

Christian at La Terraza tells me he hopes to start offering goat this fall,”after the kitchen settles down.” He’s thinking barbacoa-style, shredded onto tortillas and topped with cilantro and onion.
