What to do with 3lbs of leftover cooked white beans?

  1. wait wait wait. Toss with tuna (Genoa is best, but any good tuna will do) and a favorite oil/vinegar dressing.

  2. Sorry, it’s Genova Tuna packed in olive oil – I think Hy-Vee carries it as well. Tuna and white beans are a great combination.

    Green onions, capers — nice. (no olives. My mother makes it with olives – too much earthiness.)
