The vagaries of weather II

Eric says no freeze damage. Hope others fared as well, as the flowering trees in KC looked far worse Tuesday morning than they had two days before.

Saturday morning I’m going to man-up and plant the remaining transplants – habanero, kale and tomato. Maybe get some seeds in the ground too. Let’s hope for a sunny weekend.

  1. I was scanning temperature reports from around the state the next morning, and areas south and west (From KC down through AR) were down in the mid-20s, whereas central MO stayed in the upper 20s. Hoping to see some regional results from the AP or otherwise. Want to talk to growers at CFM on Saturday , too. Sellmeyers were profiled by several media outlets, and I’d like to hear their experiences.
