In praise of chocolate

Columbia’s chocolate evangelist (and inveterate perfectionist) Alan McClure of Patric Chocolate weighs in on the subject of treating fine chocolate like fine wine; as something to be savored, explored, discussed.

For those who have not partaken of this chocolate, try some and see what you find. I got waves of cherry and wine; it was every bit as interesting as a good Bordeaux.
