Tangled up in Bleu

CoMo Whine and Dine loves them some Bleu. I second that emotion.

Though I’m not sure it’s the “most exceptional restaurant in town,” it’s certainly in the mix. They were miles ahead of most start-ups when they opened and haven’t slowed down. Bleu, and their banh mi sandwich, are terrific additions to Columbia.

  1. I must confess that I have eaten at Bleu and while it was fine, I don’t quite get the lovefest.
