Dang, sorry I missed Mark Sanfilippo. Is he going to start selling his meats at Schuncks here in Columbia? Man, that would be awesome. Along those same lines, does anyone know of a place to by Bresaola here in town? Had it at a restaurant in Oregon and loved it.
